The Pugang pharmaceutical plant is located in the Pothongan district of Pyongyang.

At the Pugang Pharmaceutical Plant, the production and quality control system has reached an international level, thanks to which the plant's medicines have gained great fame throughout the world.

 The plant produces kumdan-2 injection, helgunbullojeong,  gold fornication  fresh and other Korean medicines; injection solution with musk, anti-cancer solution from Sophora and other injection solutions and home first aid kits; tea from Kaesong Koryo-insam, ginseng mixture, tree mushroom tincture and other dietary products.

 Thanks to government support, technical reconstruction and the tireless efforts of Korean scientists, success has been achieved in mastering the production of new medicines.

 

Just last year, at the 13th National Exhibition of Inventions and Technical Innovations, at the 9th International Meeting on the Exchange of Patented Technologies, Products and other domestic and international exhibitions, the plant received more than 10 gold medals and diplomas.

All production processes, from raw material testing to packaging, are carried out by qualified quality control specialists, through modern laboratories and pharmaceutical devices.

The DPRK Certification Institution conducted two GMP quality checks and gave a final conclusion that the plant has reached the GMP standard.

In 2014, this plant was recognized as the best among the factories for the production of Koryo medicine in terms of production conditions.

The plant is increasingly expanding technical exchanges with world-famous pharmacists and regularly conducts GMP courses.

He also gladly accepts orders from other countries. Hundreds of orders have already been completed, which has increased the competence of the plant.

 

 

The partners of the factory have carried out strict quality checks on the products of this factory and found that they meet the international standard.

The plant supplies the main pharmacies in Pyongyang with its medicines.
